TEMPLE - Marjorie was born in Saskatoon, February 12, 1932 and passed away April 12, 2007 at the age of 75 years. Marjorie loved music and was involved in the local music festival, having taught music for fifty years. She was the President of the International Music Teachers Association of Canada as well as the co-director and accompanying pianist of the fifty-voice chorus at their winter home at the Fountain of the Sun in Mesa, Arizona. Marjorie will be remembered as a loving grandma and the grandkids will miss her wonderful cooking. She was the cohesiveness in the family and could always be relied on. She was a great animal lover and rescued many pets left at the SPCA. Marjorie will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 55 years, Wayne; her children Beverly Temple, Vernon (Wendy) Temple, Dale (Evelyn) Temple and Robert (Marie) Temple; grandchildren Suzanne Sinatynski, Jordan Temple, Aaron Temple, Geoffrey Temple, Spencer Temple, Stephen Temple, Michaela Temple and Melissa Temple; great grandchildren Jesse, Jonathan and Jaryn Temple; her brother Glenn Byers as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Marjorie was predeceased by her parents Ruby and Frank Byers; her brothers Vernon Byers and Kenneth Byers. In lieu of other tributes, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, April 17, 2007, at Gray's Funeral Chapel, 575 28th St W., with Reverend Vern Temple officiating.
