Ann Wasyliw nee Boychuk age 93 passed away suddenly due to heart complications on December 4, 2020.

Ann was a resident at Good Shepherd Villa where she had made many friends during her stay. Born in St. Julien, SK in 1927, Ann could tell many stories of hardship, humor and love. Life was never dull, with seven siblings.
In 1944, Ann met Metro Wasyliw. In October of that year they were married. They had a long and loving marriage of 64 years during which time they had five children.

Ann had one love affair that would last until her passing: a love affair with the moon. Every night she looked for her moon before closing her eyes.  The moon was shining bright above the night of her passing as though ensuring it was there to witness the light diminish of its greatest admirer.

Ann was a loving and caring wife and a truly amazing mother. Her ability to make people laugh was one that will be remembered by so many. Her stories of times past noted carefully in journals that will keep her memories alive for generations.

Ann will be lovingly remembered by her children Gerald (Bonnie) of Hudson Bay SK, Roger (Connie) of Saskatoon SK, Dennis (Lorrie) of Langley BC, Maxwell (Carolyn) of Prince Albert SK and Marlene of Prince Albert SK, her many grandchildren, great grandchildren and her sibling Alice Kalyn. Ann was predeceased by her husband Metro, brothers Peter, Mike, Nester, Andy, Ed and sister Dorothy Breker.
