Alex  Sturby

June 7, 1932 – March 11, 2022

With his wife Elaine by his side, Alex Sturby passed away peacefully at the age of 89 years

on March 11, 2022 at the Victoria Hospital in Prince Albert, SK.

 

Al (Alex) Sturby, born June 7, 1932, in Gronlid, SK, to Bill and Lena.  Al is predeceased by his son, David; parents, Bill and Lena; five brothers: Michael, John, Sam, Walter, and Orville; and three sisters: Mary Danyluk (John), Sally Ewanus (Michael) and Jessie Wyslobicky (Michael). 

 

Al is survived by his wife Elaine of 61 years,  his sister- in-law Agnes Sturby as well as several nieces, nephews and friends. 

 

Al has requested no service. No flowers please.  Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca.  Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Gray's Funeral Chapel,
