To Don and William’s wife and family, my condolences. I knew William as a youngster and spent a lot of time with himself and his mom and dad at shows and sales. He was exceptionally friendly and will certainly be remembered as a friend.

On behalf of the Recoskie family , parents and siblings of Jonathan, Brett's friend and fellow RMC graduate, we would like to offer our sincere condolences to Brett and family.
We met Brett last summer and she is a lovely, genuine,and caring individual. This does not come out of nowhere but from the love and upbringing of her parents. I know that losing her father with leave a huge hole in her heart.
We will offer up our prayers for her and the family that you will find strength in each other and every gesture you show of love and support will be a reflect of William.

Janis, Brett, and David,
We are so thankful for all of the great "William" memories we have. At first meeting, he was an intimidating presence, but that quickly faded to friendship once he said hello and we shook hands. It was an honor to serve with him on the board of the IASM and he always poured his heart and soul into our meetings and conferences. His passion for life and structural moving was infectious to all of us. I always felt special and cared about when he would call to catch up on his long drives of looking at work or routing projects. I thoroughly enjoyed his stopping by Milbank, spending the evening and next day working right beside us. He always beamed from ear to ear when talking about what his children were up to and how proud he was of the adults they had become and especially when talking about the love of his life, Janis. We will have a toast in his honor as we reflect on our special "William" stories. Milbank House Movers sends their condolences and love. God bless you

Janis and family, we were very saddened to hear of Willie's sudden passing. Please accept our sincerest condolences. We always enjoyed seeing Willie at the Lions Breakfast at Christopher Lake. He is always someone who comes to mind with the Beaton Blue Jays. As you say, he was always a friend you enjoyed a visit with. Please take care and you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Donna and I are so sad to hear about William. We loved talking to him. I loved our time on the IASM Board. We were serious but had a lot of fun. He was ready to sit down a tell stories (lies) lol and jokes. While we served on the IASM board along with Jeff Kennedy the three of us had a reputation and were called the Sandance Kids. Because of William's stature and the way he walked he was known as our Johyn Wayne, even though John wayne was not in the movie. Becuase I resembled Robert Redford. I was given the name and Jeff kennedy was, if I remeber correctly, Burt Reynolds.
Every winter when tempatures were way below freezing in Williams home town he woyuld call to give me a hard time about the weather we were having in Florida. When he was surviving 40 below zero tempatureres we would be pleasure boatng in 80 degree weather. In fact I missed his call this past winter. He called but did not leave a message and I attempted to call him back but we never connected. I wish we could have spoken. During those calls we would catch up on our life. He always highly about his kids, he was so proud of them.
