Tammy Louise (nee Fiddler) Mah

May 24, 1960 ~ November 17, 2022

Tammy Louise (nee Fiddler) Mah was born on May 24, 1960 in Prince Albert, SK. She passed away on November 17, 2022 at Victoria Hospital at the age of 62 with her husband and daughter at her side.

Tammy grew up in Prince Albert, SK and attended school at Queen Mary, Central, Riverside, and Carlton. Tammy was not one to turn away someone who needed help, her door was always open and had many people call her house a home. She was a force and proved that throughout her many years in the Metis Nation. Besides her family this was her second love. She spent many hours in meetings and sat on too many boards to count.

Tammy will be sadly missed by her husband of 40 years, John “Jack” Mah; children: Danielle (Chris) Cook, Jonathan Mah, Matthew (Amanda) Mah; grandchildren: Chase Fiddler, Maddox Mah, Michael Mah, Ryder Mah, Sundaes Bird, Logan Cook, Hayden Cook, Chance Mah, and Kallie Mah; siblings: Ron (Brenda) Fiddler, Doug Fiddler, Cindy (Charlie) Korecki, Darren (Charity) Fiddler; special niece, Sherri Fiddler; long lifetime friends: Susie Lariviere, Debbie Stapleton, Jeannine Lapine, Dottie Lariviere, and Brenda White; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and the Metis community.

Tammy is predeceased by her parents, John and Lois Fiddler (2000); sister, Mandy Fiddler (2018); brother Merril (Mano) Fiddler (2019); nephew, Christian (1981); brothers in infancy, Peter and Martin; grandparents: Josephine and Pierre Fiddler, Gladys and Harold Andrew; great grandmother, Ethel Forbister; as well as numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.

Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at St. Alban Cathedral, 1410 Bishop MacLean Crescent, Prince Albert, SK. Interment will be held at South Hill Cemetery. Services will be live streamed and videotaped. If you wish to view the service, the live stream link is www.grays.ca/memorial-videos/.
