Sorry to hear about Raymond’s passing. I was the administrator for the RM of Duck Lake when Raymond was the reeve. He was, in my opinion, the best reeve we had. Always mindful of the taxpayer and keeping the taxes down. Lois McCormick

My fondest memories when I was young was going for a visit and roaming around the farm and seeing the cattle and chickens, and going for long walks through the fields and bushes to get to the creek. I enjoyed the fall when riding the bail wagon as Uncle Raymond drove it through the yard to unload. That is where I first learnt how to drive a car on the farm. Thank you for the fond memories in which I will always cherish. May God rest your soul.
