Terry Yakubchuk
1954 - 2023

It is with great sadness the family of Terry Yakubchuk, late of Kalyna, SK, announce his passing on September 7, 2023.

Terry is remembered by his son Tyler (Partner Janick Bender); granddaughter Peyton (Peyton’s mother Kathy Berden); his sister Sandra (Larry) Bodnar; sister-in-law Jan Yakubchuk; as well as numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.  Terry was predeceased by his parents William and Julia Yakubchuk; sister Sylvia (Doug) Shmon; brother Robert Yakubchuk; and sister Livia Yakubchuk.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 15, 2023 at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 684 - 3rd Avenue East,  Prince Albert, SK,  with Very Rev. Archpriest Michal Lomaszkiewicz officiating.  Interment will take place at Prince Albert Memorial Gardens.
